We get this question a lot, so let’s spend a post in this topic…
January 2009 we launched Grubba. It was 95% bug free, at least we thought so. But based on your feedback we fixed quite a few bugs the last year (see our news plugin for the bugfixes).
Until we are 100% bugfree it will remain Beta. So i am afraid we never get rid of the beta tag…
Bugs are one thing, but not the most important reason why we are still in beta. We code Grubba for you - the end user -. With that in mind we value your feedback a lot. We get good ideas for improvements every day. Our TODO list never get’s shorter. Because we are continuously improving Grubba, we decided to stick with the beta tag anyway.
So what are we up to in the near future?
A few major new functions:
* a desktop quick launcher
* export to MS Word and Openoffice with .rtf
* website plugin (share your data on your own website or on a Grubba subwebsite)
And some improvements:
* better date-searching (date-range)
* export in alphabetical order
* more tutorials
* more templates
* Spanish translation
* Adding up currency fields
And fixing a few known bugs.
PLEASE add a calender that one could add to-do’s and assign to someone.
This would greatly improve your product.

As soon as you guys get a date range search feature working (Or a calender), I’ll probably start using your system to manage my vacation rental apartments. I need to be able to search for when my apartments are and are not rented.
